Neck Pain

Neck pain is a decrease in the space between the cervical vertebrae regarding the liquid in the cervical disc, prolapse of the cervical disc, Hypertension or invasion of the wind-cold channel.  

Also Spondylosis, a cervical vertebra sprain or Spinal Osteoarthritis can also create pain

Stiffness in the nape of the neck resulting from, spasm of the muscles, pain from the nape of the neck and shoulder(s), the scapula region, the upper arm or forearm or hands. Also the movement of the head is limited by pain.  

if you have pain at the midpoint of the line connecting C7 and the acromion while pushing down, it indicates there is a C6-C7 problem along with getting painful at the 4th-5th finger.  

If you injure the scapula and you press at the center of the subscapular fossa and the level of the 4th thoracic vertebrae to, this indicates a T1 problem.  

If one has a painful feeling which are heavy and always dull located at the occiput area of the head and along the nape of the neck, its cause is from hypertension.   

If just mobility is limited, it comes from the invasion of wind-cold.
